The patch addresses the crashes on all the platforms, and it also includes a fix for a Special Ops Achievement, which was not unlocking after you’ve completed all the missions.

What do we know so far about the release notes?

The team has worked on stability, and they also prevent crashes on all platforms. There’s this fix for a Special Ops Achievement that we talked about above. Also, the 3rd person’s footsteps are now silent when the Dead Silence Field Upgrade is active. There are adjustments to the hill rotations and to the locations on Arklov Peak, St. Petrograd, Hackney Yard, Azhir Cave, and Rammaza.

However, it does not seem that the update is addressing the stuttering which players have encountered on PC, during the brief cut-scenes.

Modern Warfare is now available all around the globe on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Activitison, together with Infinity Ward released the Modern Warfare reboot just last week.
