Zombieland: Double Tap – Not Everyone Finds it Great

Movies and TV shows about zombies and the end of the world are gaining popularity. For instance, movies like Train to Busan and TV shows like iZombie have become pretty popular in the last few years. One of the 2019 favorites was Zombieland: Double Tap, and if you somehow missed it in theatres, here are the key details of the movie.

Zombieland: Double Tap Key Specifications

As per numerous reports, Zombieland: Double Tap will stream on iTunes starting with December. Moreover, Joker, Gemini Man, and The Addams Family are also coming to iTunes this month.

According to a press release from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, Zombieland: Double Tap is also coming on digital on December 24 and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on January 21.
It was made known that all versions of Zombieland: Double Tap will pack bonus features and will come with a director’s commentary track with Fleischer, interviews, and a lot more.

Not Everyone Likes The Movie

Even though it impressed the audience, critics were somehow skeptical. According to Johnson Thomas from Mid Day, “Zombieland 2: Double Tap is funny, but there’s also a torrent of dialogue – some of which the film could well have done without.”

Prahlad Srihari from First Post rated the movie 2.5/5 and wrote: “Zombieland: Double Tap is not the best zombie movie of this decade (Train to Busan takes that crown). It is not the best zombie comedy of this decade either (it is hard to surpass One Cut of the Dead). It is barely a sequel worthy of having the Zombieland name attached to it. But it is a jolly referendum on zom-coms and sequels in this age of mass-produced franchise cinema.”

Zombieland: Double Tap is an action-comedy starring Emma Stone, Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Bill Murray, and Abigail Breslin. It has a 7.2/10 rank on IMDb and has been nominated for Best Original Score Horror Film (HMMA Award).
