
Vivo released its X30 Pro 5G smartphone last year in December in China. Currently, the same variant got relaunched as a limited edition but dubbed Vivo X30 AW.
The company teamed up with designer Alexander Wang who designed the new UI with a black and silver theme. Vivo X30 AW got a sleek mirror-touch on the black and white color. At the back panel of the smartphone, the alexanderwang and Vivo branding have been engraved, as well. Other specifications resemble the Vivo X30 Pro 5G smartphone.
Vivo X30 AW Features
The recently revamped smartphone, Vivo X30 AW sports a 6.44-inch Full HD Super AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display with a 2400×1080 pixel resolution, and an aspect ratio of 20:9 with 1200 nit brightness.
As for the smartphone performance, devs equipped Vivo X30 AW with the 2.2GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 980 processor with Adreno 612 GPU. It also got an 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The device runs on Android 9.0 with the Funtouch OS 10.
Vivo X30 AW camera module comprises a quad-camera with a mix of 64MP main camera with Sony IMX686 sensor, 32MP depth sensor, 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide sensor, 10x digital zoom with an LED flash, and 13MP Periscope lens for 5x optical zoom. At the front panel, the smartphone got a sleek 32MP camera sensor for video calls and selfies.

As mentioned above, Vivo X30 AW resembles in many ways the Vivo X30 Pro 5G. The connectivity brings 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac dual-band, Dual 4G VoLTE, GPS/GLONASS, Bluetooth 5, and USB Type-C.
The security features include an in-display fingerprint scanner. Vivo X30 AW arrives with a powerful 4.350 mAh non-removable battery, and it also got a 33W fast charging support. The limited edition of the smartphone will be available in China. We don’t know yet if the smartphone will become available in other regions of the world.
