Scarlet Nexus is arriving next year after Bandai Namco will finish developing it, the same company that created the amazing trio of Dragon Ball fighting games: Xenoverse 2, FighterZ, and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. If you’re willing to face extra-planetary problems by choosing drastic measures, playing a game as Scarlet Nexus seems like the perfect way.
The stake in Scarlet Nexus is huge: saving the entire world. But although your character possesses amazing superpowers, you’ll have to work together with your allies and go all out. Here’s a sample of what awaits you in the game:
The developer Bandai Namco describes its upcoming title as following:
In a far distant future, a psionic hormone was discovered in the human brain, granting people extra-sensory powers and changing the world as we know it.
The same source adds:
Just as humanity was entering this new era, deranged mutants known as Others began to descend from the sky with a thirst for human brains. Highly resistant to conventional attack methods, extreme measures needed to be taken to battle the overwhelming threat and preserve humanity.
Bandai Namco continues to impress
The same developer of Scarlet Nexus is also preparing for some impressive updates for its Dragon Ball games. Master Roshi arrives in Dragon Ball FighterZ, the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 receives The Supreme Kai of Time as a playable character, while Dragon Ball Z Kakarot grants new superpowers for the most important Dragon Ball characters ever: Goku and Vegeta. With such updates, Bandai Namco proves that it has a great year in gaming and that the pandemic seems like nothing for the company. We’re looking forward with excitement to see what’s next.
Scarlet Nexus launches on December 2021, and it will be available for the following platforms: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
