Samsung Galaxy S20 — New Details Revealed By Geekbench

We have official confirmation that the next flagship phone from Samsung in the S series will be called the Samsung Galaxy S20. Initially, we thought it would be S11. Details surfed online about the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra on the benchmarking platform called Geekbench.

The models which will be uncovered on the 11th of February at the Galaxy Unpacked event are called Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra. There will also be two variants of the first two models, and we are so excited!

Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Processor or Exynos 990 processor

The model which was given to Geekbench is SM-G986U, which is supposed to be the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. It comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865SoC and the RAM of 12GB.

They match the specs which were leaked. It is expected that Samsung will choose the Qualcomm chipset for the US and China. For South Korea, they will use the Exynos 990 processor.

The Geekbench scores for the device are 923 for single-core and 3,267 for multi-core. The operating system is supposed to be Android 10 OS. It is expected that they use the One UI 2.1 as a user interface in the S20 series flagship.

The device is also set to have a single camera on the front, but it is just a rumor. And we also found out what are the names of the five devices which will be released by the South Korean tech-company: Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 5G, S20+, S205G, and S20 Ultra 5G.
