Redmi Releases its First Gaming Laptop – 10th Generation Chipset and More!

Even though PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will arrive in the market in several months, there will always be people claiming that gaming on a laptop or desktop computer is better. And maybe they’re right, especially if that computer is packed with impressive specifications.

Redmi seems to be highly-motivated to prove to us all that gaming on a laptop can be highly-delightful. The Xiaomi’s sub-brand just announced its first gaming laptop, and it’s a true beauty: the Redmi G.

You’ll surely have to dive deep into your pocket if you’re willing to buy the Redmi G gaming laptop. The gadget has some high-end specs that will allow it to compete with the most impressive laptops available on the market. The gear is equipped with the 10th generation Intel Core i7 processor, which is surely able to make many top games run smoothly. We shouldn’t also forget about the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti GPU, or the 16 GB of DDR4 RAM memory at the speed of 2,933 MHz. Last but not least, the storage is expandable up to 512 GB with a NAND memory card over the PCle x4 NVMe lane.

There’s no use to worry that the Redmi G laptop will become overheated because of running high-end games, either. The device will cool itself pretty fast due to its dual fans – four exhausts and a copper cooling module.

Big display for big games

The display of Redmi G is Full HD, and it measures 16.1-inches. The dimensions of the gaming laptop are 264.47×373.44×24.35mm, and the weight is 2.5 kg. As for the connectivity, the creators weren’t stingy at this chapter as well: Redmi G is packed with a USB 2.0 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, and a Gigabit wired network.

If you’re already eager to see games running on the Redmi G laptop, you’re not the only one. Pre-orders of the laptop have started in China and have already been launched since August 17.
