Redmi Note 9 Pro Live Photo Leak Showcases The Device’s Back Design

Recently, we received an official confirmation that the upcoming Redmi Note 9 series will be released on March 12 in India.

Unfortunately, the company canceled the event because of the coronavirus breakdown and went instead for online activity on the same day, which will live-streamed, of course. So, being a week ahead of the release of the Redmi Note 9 series, we have a live image of the Pro version, which has been leaked online.

The leaked photo displays the back design of the upcoming Redmi Note 9 Pro. The event follows the leaked render of the Redmi Note 9 that appeared online last week.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Live Photo Leaked

The recently leaked photo of the Redmi Note 9 Pro posted by a tipster on Twitter displays the back design of the device. A Blue gradient color version can be spotted and a quad-camera module arranged in a square at the top-middle of the smartphone’s back.

Well, the camera placement resembles a lot to what we’ve seen lately in a leaked render. The other features unveiled by the render reached the online environment a few days back, and it comprises a punch-hole cutout at the top left edge of the smartphone designed for the selfie camera.

What We Should Expect

Both the leaks show us that a physical fingerprint is not present at the back panel. Such an aspect teases that the Redmi Note 9 could be introduced with a sensor that is placed into the power button.

Also, being a low-cost smartphone, we can expect an in-display fingerprint sensor. Some rumors, however, hint that the Redmi Note 9 Pro variant could be released with support for the 5G SA/NSA connectivity. Soon, the company should announce which features have been introduced and which are the prices, too.
