Rainbow Six Siege Season 3 and 4 Operators Unveiled: More Gadgets and Skills

New details about Rainbow Six Siege’s Season 3 and 4 have been leaked. And there’s a lot to discover – from a new hard breaching tool, sticky cameras, laser grids, robotic arms, to more weapon sights.

The leaks appear to span into both Season 3 and Season 4 of the game’s Year 5 roadmap, giving us a sneak peek of what to expect. Here is what you should know.

Chalet and Skyscraper Map Reworks

Zer0Bytes shared on Reddit a video with the best stuff set to arrive in Rainbow Six Siege. The tipster succeeded in recording full map walkthroughs for the reworks of Chalet and Skyscraper.

The maps are still unfinished, so there are missing textures and weird anomalies. There’s a chance that the layouts will change in the last version, too, but we should wait for more details.

Aruni

Zer0Bytes’ video offers more details about Aruni, the Thai defender arriving in Season 4. We can now see how effective the character’s left bionic arm is. She can puncture holes around the size of shotgun blasts.

Aruni can also destroy window barricades and doors in a single strike. However, her actual gadget is not the bionic arm, but a laser reinforcement, dubbed Surya Gate. The gadget can be attached to walls and doorways to project a protective laser grid.

Scout

Scout is believed to be a code name, probably for Rainbow Six Siege’s new Splinter Cell crossover operator – previously teased by Ubisoft.

In Zer0Bytes’ video, we can notice Scout’s appearance and a drill camera gadget. The video displays Scout firing four of these gadgets into a wall on House and scroll through their views independently. Without any effects or sound, it’s hard to tell what’s happening. However, it seems that the player can zap himself down to 80 health after a few shots from the cameras. The drill might be able to drill through soft walls and see what’s on the other side.

The video also offers us a sneak peek at Scout’s main assault rifle – an SC3000K. Its design and shape are surely a homage to the SC series of rifles that Sam Fisher uses in the Splinter Cell episodes.

More Weapon Sights

The recent leak displays a full collection of new weapon sights. Zer0Bytes captured a setting screen with individual sensitivities of 1x, 3x, 4x, 5x, and 12x scopes. It’s great to see such a thing because Ubisoft has been reluctant to introduce more weapon sights.
