PS5 and Xbox Series X: Another Exciting Game confirmed for the Next-Generation Consoles

In a relatively short amount of time, a lot of gamers will forget about their PS4 and Xbox One consoles for good. No disrespect for those wonderful consoles, but something way better is ahead. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will arrive near Christmas, and they have significantly higher specifications than their predecessors.

Sony and Microsoft both revealed that their upcoming next-generation consoles will be featuring backward compatibility support for a lot of games initially destined for PS4 and Xbox One. Furthermore, a lot of us are wondering what the new titles that will become available for PS5 and Xbox Series X are. Thankfully, we already know about plenty of titles, but now the list gets enhanced with another exciting game…

Destiny 2 will be running on both PS5 and Xbox Series X

If you’re into online multiplayer first-person shooter games, then there’s no way you won’t like Destiny 2. The game was released in September 2017 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It was developed by Bungie, and you can feast your eyes with a gameplay trailer below:

The big news of Destiny 2 coming for both Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 was revealed by the developer Bungie itself via its Twitter account.

Hundreds of Xbox Series X games are under the works

We don’t know about PlayStation 5, but as in the case of Xbox Series X, its creators are saying the following about its upcoming games:

“Hundreds of titles are already in development for Xbox Series X thanks to our amazing partner community. Stay tuned for more announcements throughout the summer and Xbox 20/20!”

As we don’t know yet when exactly will Destiny 2 become available for the long-awaited next-generation consoles made by Sony and Microsoft, we can expect it for sure to occur after Christmas when the new gaming machines both arrive on the market.
