New Trailer Becomes Available for Mafia: Definitive Edition

The legendary gangster game series Mafia will be back in business soon, as it will be revived by developer Hangar 13 and publisher 2K. With the location of the game set way back in the 30s, just a few years until the outbreak of The Second World War, Mafia: Definitive Edition promises to bring the players many aspects about what the series had best.

Mafia: Definite Edition will launch on September 25, and it brings back the first gangster game of the series in a remade version. If you’ve been playing any Mafia title, you know the drill very well: you’ll have to face a world of crime and injustice during gameplay, where killing and violence are the only arguments. Feel free to feast your eyes on the new trailer:

In the world of organized crime, Tommy learns that loyalty to the Family can bring him riches and power far beyond his life as a cab driver. Despite the cost, this is a life of reward too big to ignore. Welcome to the Family.

The game description from Steam says:

An inadvertent brush with the mob thrusts cabdriver Tommy Angelo into the world of organized crime. Initially uneasy about falling in with the Salieri family, the rewards become too big to ignore.

You can already pre-purchase Mafia: Definitive Edition from Steam for 39.99 euros. If you’re aiming for the Definitive Edition of the whole Mafia trilogy (Definitive Edition, Mafia II: Definitive Edition, Mafia III: Definitive Edition), you can purchase it all for 59.99 euros.

Mafia: Definite Edition will be available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Since PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will be featuring backward compatibility for most of the games available for previous consoles, we can expect the new Mafia game to be running on those next-generation gears as well.
