Lenovo is getting ready to release its gaming smartphone, Lenovo Legion, on July 22.
Meanwhile, official teasers have begun unveiling the features and specs of the handset. Recently, Lenovo released a teaser that shows the device will flaunt a 144Hz display that will offer an excellent gaming experience.
Previously, the phone manufacturer confirmed via Weibo that the smartphone would arrive with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset. Here are all the details.
Lenovo Legion Expected Specs and Features
Lenovo’s new teaser on the Weibo account indicates the difference between the 60Hz refresh rate and the 144Hz one. The 144Hz refresh rate is smooth, which shows that the Lenovo Legion display will offer a faster and better refresh rate than the 60Hz refresh rate.
If the smartphone arrives with a 144Hz refresh rate, then it should be the highest so far. The high screen refresh rate will boost the speed of gaming. As per the leaked video, the Legion OS will be based on Lenovo’s ZUI 12build and Android 10.
According to Geekbench listing, the Pro version of the smartphone is expected to offer 16GB RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device should pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 90W charging. But, a leaked picture unveiled the smartphone will have two USB Type-C ports.
Lenovo Legion is likely to offer a dual-camera setup that could house a 64MP primary sensor and a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens at the rear panel. The front panel might sport a 20MP selfie shooter.
Other features of the upcoming smartphone might include a Full HD+ display with a 1080×2340 pixel resolution, 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB of UFS 3.0 flash storage.
Details about the smartphone’s price tag and availability are still unknown. Lenovo Legion will be a fierce rival and will surely succeed to impress with its features and specs. More information should be released in the coming weeks.
