
Lenovo is getting ready to release its first gaming smartphone, Lenovo Legion. Or at least, that’s what some reports claim.
Some reports and leaks pointed out that the device would arrive with high-end features. A recent report suggests that the Lenovo Legion gaming handset might house the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC. Here are the latest details.
Lenovo Legion Gaming Smartphone Rumored Features and Specs
According to the GeekBench platform, the Lenovo Legion Gaming phone will come with the model number L79031. The company is believed to release the device next month. However, Lenovo didn’t announce or confirm anything.
In terms of specifications, Lenovo Legion Gaming smartphone is believed to arrive with a Full HD+ OLED display, with a 270Hz touch rate, and a 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone might be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset, paired with up to 128GB RAM and UFS 3.0 internal storage. As for the software, the Legion Gaming handset is likely to run on Android 10 (out-of-the-box), topped with a gaming-grade Legion UI.
Coming to the photography skills, the device is said to sport a dual-camera module on the rear panel with a 64MP primary sensor and a 16MP secondary camera. It could also be launched with a side-mounted 20MP pop-up selfie camera.
The Lenovo Legion Gaming smartphone is likely to be powered by a 5,050mAh battery. According to China’s 3C certification website, the handset will come with a sleek 45W fast charger in the box. Other rumored features include a 3D cooling tower with a structure with dual heat pipe partitions for long-lasting and efficient cooling.
