How to prepare your Vivo Z1 for rooting
The first thing you need to do is to make a backup of your files and data. Then, you need to charge your phone up to 60% or 70%. If your phone is switched off during the process, it will get bricked. This means your phone won’t turn on.
Then, you need to enable USB Debugging Mode. To do so, open Settings, then Developer Options, then USB Debugging. If this is not available for your phone, then 5 for seven times on “About Phone” in settings. Then, what’s left is to connect the smartphone to the computer. You will need to download the Vivo Z1 Pro USB driver and install it on your computer.
So how can you root it?
The first thing you need to do is to download Kingo Root and then install it. After the installation process is done, launch the app. Then, connect your smartphone to the computer by using the Vivo USB data cable.
After the installation of the USB driver is done, you will get this message: Vivo Z1 Pro Normal Mode. Root Status: No.
To start the rooting process, click on Root in the Kingo Root window. It takes about 3 minutes to root it. after it’s completed, you will get the message “Root Succeeded.”
