Hitman 3 – Epic’s PC Exclusive Available for Sony, Microsoft, Google Stadia and PC

IQ Interactive revealed that Hitman 3 will be available only via the Epic Games Store for PC gamers when it gets released in January 2021.

The studio published the news via the Hitman blog, where they also posted a trailer for the game.

According to the blog, the game “will be available exclusively via Epic Games Store for 12 months.”

“As an independent studio, our partnership with Epic has given us the freedom to create Hitman 3 exactly as we imagined and self-publish the game to our players directly,” IO Interactive stated.

They also confirmed that PC gamers can carry over their progress and unlocks from the Steam version of Hitman 2 to Epic Games Store’s Hitman 3.

To celebrate the partnership, players get to pick the first Hitman game for free on the Epic Games Store starting on August 27.

The game takes place in Dartmoor, England, as the Thornbridge Mystery mission takes up on the murder mystery genre.

Players get to disguise as a detective and solve a family murder in a retro manor while getting to perform spectacular assassinations.

The studio has also recently revealed the game modes that will be available in the upcoming game.

Hitman 3 will feature Escalation, Elusive Target, and Sniper Assassin.

Unfortunately, Ghost Mode won’t be present, and its Hitman 2 servers will be shut down in less than two weeks.

Availability

Hitman 3 will be released in January 2021 for current and next-gen Sony and Microsoft console, the Google Stadia, and PC!

The Hitman franchise has risen from its ashes, and it’s heading towards a very fortunate direction, as an increasing number of gamers review it positively.
