GTA 6 Rumors And Leaks Are Either Fake Or Clickbait, A GTA 5 Voice Actor Stated

The rumors with this one are stronger than ever. Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) is the most sought-after game out there, so it is natural that so many rumors find their way on the Internet. It seems like every week a new leak or rumor appears. However, according to Ned Luke, the voice behind Michael Townley in Grand Theft Auto 5, you shouldn’t really listen to them.

Luke talked to Shawn Fonteno, the voice behind the Grand Theft Auto 5 character Franklin Clinton, stating: “They said GTA 6 is going to be set in Vice City… how do people get all of this information on what is going to be what? People, do you not understand — do not believe anything you see on the Internet [about GTA 6].”

He then stated that there is a lot of clickbait and misinformation out there, and that, unless it’s coming directly from Rockstar Games, you should not believe it.

GTA 6 Rumors Might Be All Fake

People took it as a denouncement of the leaks, especially the one that has to do with the fact that the game would also take place in Vice City, the famous location from the first Grand Theft Auto game. It seems that he is saying that it would not happen, so we should not believe it. After all, he is not wrong.

We should really wait for an official statement from Rockstar Games regarding GTA 6. A lot of misinformation could create hype around some subjects that are not true, and then fans might be disappointed with the final product.

We know how nice it sounds like living the past again in Vice City, or that we might have a woman as a lead character in GTA, but we do not know for sure, so we should, after all, wait for some official announcements, and stop believing all GTA 6 rumors and leaks.
