The money in Ammu-Nation registers has a fast respawn rate so that you can exploit that for your advantage:

These are the steps you must follow:

  2. Kill the clerk with a silenced weapon from the doorway to avoid drawing attention.
  3. Grab the cash. The registers can be opened with a melee attacked or with a gun (preferably silenced).
  4. Leave the store and walk one or two buildings away.
  5. Return to the store. You will notice that the money has respawned.
  6. Exit, and repeat for as long as you want/need.

Armored Car Robberies

A blue dot on the minimap is the sign of an armored car. If the vehicle is parked and someone with a briefcase is walking towards it, shoot that person. The suitcase contains up to GTA$8,000.

If the car is moving, steal it or open its back door. The simplest way of opening them is to drive it into water.

Of course, you can use the sound old sticky bombs alternatively, but that will also grant you a three star wanted level.

Armored cars typically spawn in fixed spots, and there are about five spawn locations placed close to each other in downtown Los Santos, nearby Little Seoul, and La Puerta.

You can search the web for other hotspots of armored cars.

Killing the aggressors and taking the girl to the desired destination grants you $60,000.

Assassinations

Assassinations are missions given by Lester, which affect the stock market, which can help improve the income with pretty much any other activity.

If you want to make the most out of the assassinations, make sure you start completing them only after you finish the game’s main story.

This event can only be accessed by Trevor, on Thursdays, during Daytime.
