Do you often find yourself running out of GTA 5 dollars as you venture through the world of the game and make increasingly expensive purchases? If you do, then this article is what you need!
Fun fact – Did you know that the maximum amount of money you can earn in GTA V for each character is $2,147,483,647?
Here are some of the ways of improving the way you make money!
This is more like a way of having fun when you feel bored rather than making tons of cash.
Usually, NPCs carry between ten and twenty dollars, but if they visit an ATM, that number can rise above $120.
If you ever find yourself by an ATM (or if you feel like camping around one), wait for an NPC to withdraw money and then steal it from them.
However, if you act suspiciously around NPCs, they will notice it and leave the ATM.
Infinite Store Robberies
The money in Ammu-Nation registers has a fast respawn rate so that you can exploit that for your advantage:
These are the steps you must follow:
- Go to an open store.
- Kill the clerk with a silenced weapon from the doorway to avoid drawing attention.
- Grab the cash. The registers can be opened with a melee attacked or with a gun (preferably silenced).
- Leave the store and walk one or two buildings away.
- Return to the store. You will notice that the money has respawned.
- Exit, and repeat for as long as you want/need.
Armored Car Robberies
A blue dot on the minimap is the sign of an armored car. If the vehicle is parked and someone with a briefcase is walking towards it, shoot that person. The suitcase contains up to GTA$8,000.
If the car is moving, steal it or open its back door. The simplest way of opening them is to drive it into water.
Of course, you can use the sound old sticky bombs alternatively, but that will also grant you a three star wanted level.
Armored cars typically spawn in fixed spots, and there are about five spawn locations placed close to each other in downtown Los Santos, nearby Little Seoul, and La Puerta.
You can search the web for other hotspots of armored cars.
When you’re playing at Franklin, a blue marker might appear near Little Bighorn Avenue, which is placed in the South-eastern part of the city.
If the blue spot turns out to be a kid named Gray Nicholson telling you his bike got stolen, make sure you help him get his bike back.
You’ll receive a text from him, saying he is a millionaire and transferring you GTA$100,000.
Finally, being a good Samaritan pays off.
Saving Sonny’s Daughter
Head to the northern region fo Paleto Bay along the dirt track, and you should discover a random encounter. Two guys are trying to kill a girl, which turns out to be mob boss Sonny’s daughter.
Killing the aggressors and taking the girl to the desired destination grants you $60,000.
Assassinations are missions given by Lester, which affect the stock market, which can help improve the income with pretty much any other activity.
If you want to make the most out of the assassinations, make sure you start completing them only after you finish the game’s main story.
Bust The Weed Farm
This event can only be accessed by Trevor, on Thursdays, during Daytime.
To trigger it, go to a small dead-end path on the eastern face of Mt Chiliad, where you’ll find a small drug storehouse where weed is grown.
If you manage to destroy the operation, you will be rewarded with at least GTA$60,000
