Blizzard has confirmed its plans with regards to the launch of Diablo 3 Season 20. It will happen across all platforms. There will be new rewards and Legendary items, and these are enough reasons to jump right in simply. Everyone will get access to D3 Season 20 at about the same time. Most of the platforms out there will be waiting longer than others, though.
When is the start time beginning?
As per Blizzard, Diablo 3 Season 20 will begin on Friday, the 13th of March 2020, for PC players using Battle Net. The game will have the same start time, which means that whatever time zone you are in, the schedule would be the same. Diablo 3 Season 20 will start at 5 pm, GMT, PT and KST, on the same day, 13th of March. This is what Blizzard has done for quite the time now, and they would not change it anytime soon. We know that Diablo 3 would be different on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Also, keep in mind that Seasonal Leaderboards for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch will be separated, and that is a bummer.
For some countries, it could be different
Also, because of the timing set by Blizzard, Diablo 3 Season 20 won’t start in Europe until Saturday, the 14th of March. When it comes to the UK, it will not come live until midnight on the 14th of March
We also got details about the length of the new season, and they have also confirmed their plans with regards to the disappearing of the non-Seasonal Leaderboards.
