Checkra1n 0.10.1 Update: New Jailbreak Opportunities for the Latest iOS Version – See Release Date

Not everybody is in a romantic relationship with its iPhone’s pre-installed apps, and that’s where a jailbreak tool like Checkra1n comes in handy. And if that tool is also receiving regular updates from its developers as it’s the case for Checkra1n, all things are working in your favor.

Checkra1n just received yesterday a new update: the 0.10.1 version. This adds support for yet another build of the iOS operating system. Checkra1n 0.10.1 supports the latest iOS version 13.5 dev beta 3.

Jailbreak or buy a new phone?

Not everybody can afford a new phone each time they want a change that cannot be normally done within your iPhone. Jailbreaking seems like the better option if you don’t have too much money to spend.

But if you’re planning to change your mind, Apple is planning to bring plenty of new iPhones to the market. For instance, we’re waiting for the 2020 flagship made by the Cupertino-based giant: the iPhone 12. It’s obviously the successor of iPhone 11, and the high level of enthusiasm says it all about what could iPhone 12 bring new. However, there’s a lot of work needed to at least match the specs of the iPhone 11.  Apple’s flagship is equipped with 4K video recording, water resistance, dual cameras capable of taking ultra wide photos, the fastest processor made by Apple (the A13 Bionic chipset), all-day battery life, and much more.

Jailbreaking an iPhone is not something out of this world, and it can be a necessary measure. Some people may need something more than the services built into their iOS operating system. The App Store may be generous, but it certainly cannot grant all wishes when it comes to apps. Therefore, jailbreaking a phone that runs in iOS can be the only option, although it’s a very risky measure if you don’t know what you’re doing.
